We've reimagined our famed Almond Croissant into a delicious birthday cake!

Layers of delicious almond crunch, amazing almond frangipane sponge soaked in rum syrup, vanilla bean custard coated in toasted almond and coconut flakes, topped with caramelised white chocolate custard and flaky croissant shards.

Available in two different sizes:

Small $179 (14-18 serves)
Large $220 (24-26 serves)
